• Similarities and differences to other therapeutic modalities
• Examples of live ‘CAT mapping’; visual diagrams of repeating historical patterns 

The session will be delivered through:

Presentations, case demonstrations, group discussions and role play

The learning outcomes of the session are:

• Participants will be able to explain the distinguishing features of CAT
• Participants will be aware of the current evidence-base for CAT in the UK
• Participants will be aware of training routes to becoming a qualified CAT practitioner
